The shooting, which injured five — including three shot — at an office complex in north-central Phoenix, was even mentioned during his testimony by Mark Kelly, the astronaut husband of former U.S. Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, also of Arizona.
Currently, the shooter has fled and there is no other information, including severity of injuries.

“According to Larry Ruch, who operates out of a law office across the street, there are 50 police cars, seven to eight fire trucks and K-9 units at the location. It appeared to him that four people were taken out on stretchers; scores of onlookers took to balconies of nearby buildings to watch the scene unfold,” USA Today reported just minutes ago.
