Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are still, incomprehensibly, tied in the polls. If George W. Bush could be re-elected after his first four years, anything is possible. Romney and Obama are neck and neck in this race; we shouldn’t be talking about ties in the polls, we should be in the streets, outraged at the mere suggestion reproductive rights could even be threatened, much less overturned.

We usually characterize vice presidential candidates as being a “heartbeat away from the presidency.” In the case of Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan is not only a heartbeat away, he is one “high crimes and misdemeanor” away. Here is one more compelling reason why you need to vote!
