The Obama Department of Justice has just announced it too will file an amicus brief in the Prop 8 case asking the Supreme Court to support the right of same-sex couples to marry. The administration previously asked the Supreme Court to recognize a constitutional right for same-sex couples to marry in the DOMA case it will also hear next month.

Hundred of companies and even conservatives have flood the Court with amicus briefs asking it rule in favor of marriage equality.
