President Obama committed the sins of lust and greed on national television yesterday when he said he wants to raise taxes on the rich, according to Bryan Fischer.
Fischer, the public face of the certified anti-gay hate group, American Family Association, today on his radio program accused President Obama of violating “one of the Ten Commandments, right in front of God, the nation, and the world, and he did so, shamelessly, he did so, arrogantly, with pride.”
“It happened when President Obama said he is compelled to take more money from the rich. That is a direct, it is a public, and it is a disgraceful violation of the Tenth Commandment.”
“Now, you know what the Tenth Commandment says,” Fischer continued. “This is out of Exodus 20: You shall not covet or lust after your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet or lust after your neighbor’s wife. You shall not covet or lust after anything that is, your neighbor.”
“Now I believe our president is committing the sin of lust, the sin of greed, the sin of covetousness — the same sin that took down General Petraeus and general Allen, the same sin but he is receiving praise rather than censure because he’s got a media out there that are nothing more than ministers of propaganda for the regime.”
Fischer is, apparently, an over-achiever, for he totally skipped over the Ninth Commandment, Exodus 20:16. Perhaps it’s time for him to read it, and take it to heart?

So how old is too old? This is what he thinks lust is? Someone send him a good porn link please.
It looks like angry anti-gay activist Fischer hasn't read his Bible in a while. Jesus COMMANDED us to help the poor and needy. Is Fischer suggesting that Jesus was also lusting against the rich?
Mr. Fischer fails the laugh test by a country mile. President Obama is proposing a tax increase on himself. He is willing to pay more taxes because, as he has said constantly, he can afford to. He isn't coveting anything, in fact, he is obeying Jesus teachings by giving back. Mr. Fischer seems to be another of the right wing Biblically illiterate.
Leave Briana alone! Leave Briana alone!
When the Pharisees asked Jesus "Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar?" Jesus asked to see the coin and asked "Whose image is this?" The Pharisees replied "Caesar's." Jesus said "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's and unto God that which is God's." It seems Mr. Fischer has forgotten this story. It seems as though he isn't much interested in what the Bible actually says or what Jesus actually taught anyway.
…
He's one to speak. The Republicans always lust after things they don't have. How is it, that taking away the tax cuts for the rich, lust? He's just mad because he's going to have to pay more.
Reason #531 why organized religion and public policy make poor bed fellows.
Can't wait to see filthy-rich lackey, Nazi pseudo-Christian Bryan Fischer's reaction when the tax-exempt status of his grossly-misnamed 'American Family Association' is revoked.
