“Get Me To The (All Souls Unitarian) Church On Time” Says DC Marriage Bill.
Yes, that’s right. In a continuing attempt to show inclusiveness and to demonstrate the support of religious organizations, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty has chosen the All Souls Unitarian Church to sign the Religious Freedom & Civil Marriage Equality Act of 2009.
The signing is Friday at 10:45 AM.
The bill will take effect in March, providing Congress does not step in and block it.
