Pepper Spray is not as safe as the police would like you to believe. Dozens have died as a direct result of being pepper sprayed. Why is it their weapon of choice?
Last month, when police at UC Davis pepper sprayed unarmed, non-violent, seated protestors, America finally awoke to the para-military forces that are suppose to serve and protect our citizenry, but instead are working for the interests of government and corporations who pay their salaries.
Even the creator of pepper spray has blasted the police for using it on the UC Davis students.
When will we learn that pepper spray, and its partner in crime, the Taser gun — which yesterday we learned was fired at a 14-year old girls’ groin — are not safe. They can be lethal.

Oh but it's just a condiment! I mean if you ask nice I'm sure you can get one of the bleached bimbettes to take a face full…just as soon as we see Hannity pose for his waterboarding pictures he promised to have taken. Oh and as soon as Rush fulfills his pledge and moves to Costa Rica now that we have 'socialized healthcare'.
Sick, disgusted and beyond ashamed at the level our nation has sunk too. We deserve whatever comes our way…
I appreciate your concern and your graphics are very nice. However, here are a list of things you state above which are NOT TRUE:
1. You cite dozens have died as a direct result. I challenge you to find one autopsy report where pepper spray was determined to be the cause of death.
2. Jalapeño peppers can go as high as 8,000 SHUs. The police pepper spray you refer to above starts with 5,300,000 SHUs, but contains only 2% OC. Which means its diluted by 98% inactive ingredients delivery a net SHUs of only 106,000 or roughly 13 times stronger than a Jalapeño. You claim 1,000 times! Wow, your numbers are way off! This statement alone makes me question everything you have written.
3. Major capsaicinoids replaced SHUs years ago as the accurate indicator of pepper spray strength.
4. Look up the term Excited Delirium. People have died after having been pepper spray, but pepper spray has not been ruled as the cause.
