There’s a video, “BEHIND THE VEIL: Never-Before-Seen Footage of Secret Mormon Temple Rituals,” that’s going viral. It’s getting a lot of buzz and attention there are many who are calling it creepy. All religions all have their own rituals, and surely religions of the Mayans or other cultures would appear “creepy” to many 21st century Americans.
Here’s what the video claims:
Mormon temple ceremonies are a closely held secret. Until now.
For the first time in the 170+ year history of secret Mormon temple activity, those activities have been captured on film with a hidden camera.
Watch with your own eyes the sworn oath, known as the “Law of Consecration,” that US Presidential candidate Mitt Romney has raised his arm to the square and vowed to obey, an oath that requires faithful Mormons to consecrate 100% of their current AND FUTURE time, talents and everything they will ever be blessed with, to the Mormon church and it’s goal to achieve a worldwide theocracy headed by Mormons.
Another video, by the same author, adds:
This is without a doubt the number one reason why Mitt Romney shouldn’t be President. It is an oath that all Mormons who go through the temple endowment ceremony are required to take. It’s called the “Law of Consecration.”
Former Mormon Apostle, Bruce R. McConkie, stated that “[t]he law of consecration is that we consecrate our time, our talents, and our money and property to the cause of the Church: such are to be available to the extent they are needed to further the Lord’s interests on earth.”
No sitting President should ever be under such an obligation to ANY organization, religious or otherwise. Mitt Romney has sworn to obey this oath countless times. Probably well over 100 times.
The wording of the oath is as follows:
Each of you bring your right arm to the square.
You and each of you covenant and promise before God, angels, and these witnesses at this altar, that you do accept the law of consecration as contained in this, the book of Doctrine and Covenants [he displays the book], in that you do consecrate yourselves, your time, talents, and everything with which the Lord has blessed you, or with which he may bless you, to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for the building up of the kingdom of God on the earth and for the establishment of Zion.
Each of you bow your head and say, “Yes.”That will do.
Last year, USA Today examined the issue of Mitt Romney and his Mormon faith.
So, the inevitable question: Is it wrong for citizens casting secret ballots to discriminate based on theology?
Former church members, often the most virulent LDS critics, argue that voters are justified in excluding LDS candidates whose faith might influence public-policy decisions.
Richard Packham, the 78-year-old president of the Ex-Mormon Foundation, writes that the church’s “ultimate goal” is “to establish the Mormon Kingdom of God in America and to govern the world as God’s appointed representatives.”
“I love the Mormons and hate Mormonism,” Packham told The Arizona Republic. “To me, the possibility that the Mormon church might control America is a frightening prospect.”
Tricia Erickson, a bishop’s daughter who left the faith, just published a book titled, “Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters?” Erickson casts the church as a sexist, racist leviathan striving to gain power through politics. And she contends that Romney or Huntsman, as members, would have a duty to “follow the prophet — no matter what,” giving allegiance to religion over country.
Jeff Lindsay, a Mormon scholar who prolifically defends his church on the Internet, says Packham, Erickson and other critics convey an “awful distortion” of LDS doctrine and practices.
Erickson, a conservative who wrote the book, Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters?, claims:
Mitt Romney Believes:
He will become a “god” in the afterlife in which he will be given his own kingdom/planet where he will call his wife, Ann, into, in order to have relations to populate with spirit children
Satan is Jesus’ literal brother
Jesus was NOT born of a virgin birth
In a religion that’s history is full of racism against Black Americans, native Americans, Jews and more
The Mormon Church will become the Government Of God in the millennial reign with Jesus to rule the whole earth
Part II: How did Mitt Romney perform as Governor of Massachusetts? Is he truly qualified to turn around the economy? What’s the real story on his often changing stances?
Is the video “real”? Who knows.

As a Mormon, I know. In short, each religion, and most cultures, has its own set of religious ceremonies which are symbolic of various principles. Mormonism is no different. The scenes in the video were randomly taken and knit together to make everything look spooky. The captions in the video are wrong. Erickson doesn't know what he's talking about. The guy who made the video may be the most hardcore Obama fan on earth if he was willing to do something like this. Sheesh.
If the captions are wrong, please do you and your "church" a favor, and post corrections.
Dear friends, I have been a member of this Mormon Church for many years and have spent many years working as a staff member in a Mormon Temple. I have taken part in countless Temple Endowment Ceremonies. I know now that the Mormon Church is a complete and utter fraud in its arrogant claim to be the only true church of Jesus Christ on earth. These amazing and revealing Temple videos above are indeed the genuine article 100% and I can only congratulate the participant who had the courage to video these ceremonies, as everyone is closely watched constantly by the Temple workers whilst in the Temple. The American public deserve to know about the secret oaths Mitt Romney makes dressed in his white robes and kneeling in front of Temple altars with hands raised. Oaths of lifelong allegiance to the Mormon Church and theocratic government administered by Mormons. The hidden secrets at last revealed after 170 years.
Indeed take some time and have a look at the full video temple endowment session, recorded undercover and very recently in a real Mormon Temple in Utah:-

Read the US Constitution, Article 6 – in part is states "shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
No one deserves to be ridiculed for any belief. This is a country of freedom and founded on such. Jesus says to love one another. So where do you think websites like this stems from??? I would venture to state, it comes not from our Savior, Jesus Christ.
