Just Because You Have A Mouth, A Pen, And An Audience Does Not Mean You Are News.

NBC, in a not unprecedented reversal, has invited Ann Coulter onto the Today show tomorrow, for two segments, after yesterday’s booting Coulter amid rumors of a “lifetime ban”. This is disconcerting, as Miss Coulter contributes little if anything to the national discourse, except hatred and bigotry.

Send NBC a message. Coulter has little to say. Watch her CBS interview from today (above) and skip the Today show tomorrow. Watch Harry Smith tell Coulter she is “sophomoric, simplistic, goofy, and a whiner”.

If fact, I’m tipping my hand a bit, but here goes. There are three popular pundits that do little in the public arena except to rile up the negative emotions of America. America is worse off for allowing these three as much exposure as they receive. Ann Coulter, Monica Crowley, and Michelle Malkin, the latter of which I have written extensively

The time has come to let America know the quality of their extreme bigotry.

Just because you have a mouth, a pen, and an audience does not mean you are news.
