The Red Rooster in New York City’s historic Harlem neighborhood is owned by Iron Chef America’s Marcus Samuelsson.
“In the heart of Harlem, Marcus Samuelsson’s new landmark restaurant celebrates the roots of American cuisine with a lively neighborhood atmosphere and an eclectic mix of live music from up and coming locals to premier artists,” their Facebook page notes.
Red Rooster is thrilled to join the vibrant Harlem community. Our menu reflects on the roots of American cuisine while celebrating local farmers and artisanal food makers. The Rooster features a take-out market, welcoming bar and restaurant. A resident of Harlem, Chef Samuelsson has long wanted to bring a restaurant to the neighborhood.
