Worth Rainbow Lounge Raid. When the city counsel agreed to hold a public forum on the matter, a group of queer activists kept disrupting the meeting until they were forcefully removed. It was humiliating as an activist. I'm pro civil disobedience and extraordinarily pro-equality, but sometimes we must use diplomacy - otherwise we are just another Bush fighting another seemingly endless war.
