Today is National Voter Registration Day. With the GOP instituting rampant voter ID laws designed to keep Blacks, Hispanics, Democrats, and college students from voting, it’s important to get as many people as possible registered and prepared to vote.
Are you?
At the National Voter Registration Day website, you can register to vote. Send your friends and family there to register to vote too!
National Voter Registration Day has a “toolkit to find all of the resources you’ll need to push NVRD through all of your social media networks.”
There is far too much at stake to ignore this. In a day when races come down to a handful of votes, when absentee ballots have to be counted to determine winners, your vote will count. Unless you can’t vote.
