Last night on “The Daily Show” Jon Stewart eviscerated conservatives, like racist homophobes Pat Buchanan and Phyllis Schafly, for their embarrassing denunciations of President Obama‘s second inauguration. Stewart noted Pat Buchanan, who labeled the iconic Stonewall Riots — that kicked off the gay civil rights movement — as a “barroom brawl” not worthy of inclusion in an inaugural address, and Phyllis Schafly, calling President Obama an “avowed secularist” who is “at war with all religion in any public place, any public square, any public school.”
