Today in a press conference scheduled for 11:55 AM ET, President Obama and Vice President Biden will unveil their gun control program, a comprehensive set of proposals to reduce gun violence, one month after the massacre in Sandy Hook that killed 20 children, ages six and seven, and six adults.
