When Ryan Murphy’s “The New Normal” premiered, I panned it. But each episode has gotten exponentially better, and I’m thrilled NBC has now committed to a full season.
Enjoy this clip in which Jane (played fabulously by Ellen Barkin), explains the sanctity of traditional marriage. And I love the part where she skewers One Million Moms.
I wish we could show you the entire episode from last night.
Oh, wait — we can! Here’s the entire episode of last night’s “The New Normal.”
Enjoy!

My mom IS the grandma! I wish I could get her to watch this episode.
My wife and I cried at the end. The show always has points to make and not always funny. I like that. It is hard to be gay in America and every show has the good, bad, and the ugly.
I am iffy on "Partners". Love "Go On".
