Federal Charges Against All 16 ‘Co-Conspirators’ Ordered Unsealed Within 24 Hours
Prosecutors delivered a sealed indictment against Ammon Bundy, his brother Ryan Bundy, and 14 other “co-conspirators” Wednesday in connection with the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. In total, 16 people are believed to have been charged.
Magistrate Judge Janice Stewart of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon ordered Assistant U.S. Attorney Geoff Barrow to provide defense attorneys with the charges within 24 hours. Defense demanded to see the charges immediately, a request that was denied by Judge Stewart, the AP reports.

Last month 11 of Bundy’s “militia” were charged with conspiracy to impede federal officers.
Thursday some or all of the charges, as well as the names of those charged, should be made public.
There still remain a handful of militia members, whom any are calling domestic terrorists, at the federal installation, which was taken over January 2.
The next arraignment is scheduled for February 24.
