Texas Democrats Slam Gov. Greg Abbott’s Faux Outrage Over Disgusting C Word Tweet
You Can’t Claim to Be a ‘True Texas Gentleman’ and Vote for Donald Trump. You Just Can’t.
The Texas Democratic Party late Tuesday afternoon won the internet after it attacked Republican Governor Greg Abbott for his false outrage.
As NCRM just reported, the Texas Agriculture Commissioner, who happens to be a top Trump surrogate in the Lone Star State, posted a disgusting tweet calling Hillary Clinton a “c–t.” Commissioner Sid Miller first claimed his Twitter account had been hacked, then blamed a staffer for the tweet.
Abbott, somewhat surprisingly, condemned Miller.
“The language is reprehensible & is an embarrassment. No true Texas gentleman would ever talk this way,” Abbott said, according to a tweet posted by Texas Tribune reporter Patrick Svitek:

The Texas Democratic Party, likely feeling pretty darn good after reports show early voting in their state is “smashing records,” decided to hit a home run against Abbott’s faux outrage. They told the conservative Republican governor whose record on women’s rights is abysmal, “you voted for a man who said he could ‘grab women by the p***y.'”
.@GregAbbott_TX, you voted for a man who said he could “grab women by the p***y.” #txlege https://t.co/a8jebkVul2

You can’t claim to be a “true Texas gentleman” and vote for Donald Trump. You just can’t.
Well done, Texas Democrats!
