Not the first time Secretary DeVos's agency has been berated for refusing to follow the law over loan payments.
"I do know that," DeVos says coldly. "I'm aware of that data."
'Don’t Bring Your Scam to Tennessee'
DeVos accused Democrats of using "disabled children in a twisted way for your political narrative," yet refuses to talk on camera about her accusations.
"We follow the law as this body has defined," DeVos claims – despite having tossed out hundreds of discrimination complaints without investigating them.
"Gutting investments in students, teachers, public schools, and even school safety—all to make room for her extreme privatization proposal that no one asked for."
DeVos plans to rescind Obama guidelines that protect Black and other minority students from racially-motivated punishments.
